What does it cost?
The mini session is free, and you go home with a complimentary 5x7 print as our thank you. If you want additional prints, larger sizes or a full-length session afterward, we will walk you through the options. No pressure, no obligation.
What should everyone wear?
That's what the consultation is for. We talk through colors and layering that work together as a group, matched to where we're shooting: studio, your home, the beach, or the garden. Ask when you call.
We have small kids. Is that a problem?
Never. Forty years in, the meltdown at minute twenty usually turns into the best frame of the day. Nobody here rushes you.
Can you photograph three generations together?
Yes, and those are some of our favorite sessions. Grandparents, parents, kids, and every combination in between while everyone is in the same place.
Where do you shoot?
Our studio at 52228 Gumwood Rd in Granger sits on five acres. We also shoot at Notre Dame and Saint Mary's, on the Michigan beaches, and in your own home.
Do you help decide what to hang and where?
Yes. We'll consider your wall color, your furniture and the room the portrait is going in, so the finished piece actually fits the space. Estate-style portrait paintings are available on request.
